THE ELIZABETHAN JEOPARDY (QUIZ BOWL ON THE ELIZABETHAN PERIOD)

Happy Sunday, everyone! Ready for the big showdown of brains tomorrow? Here are the guidelines and your group assignments. Good luck!

MECHANICS

1. The quiz bowl shall be divided into three categories – the Chicken Feed, Nose Bleed, and Internal Hemorrhage.

2. Each question in each category is allotted with points in the following distribution:

Chicken Feed 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

Nose Bleed 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11

Internal Hemorrhage 5,6,7,8,9,10,11, 12,13

3. There shall be 4 teams to compete in the quiz bowl.

4. Each team is to send one player at a time to answer a question. A player simply raises his/her hand to be acknowledged and to answer the question.

5. Only 5 seconds will be allotted to a player to answer the question; otherwise, other players may steal the question.
